A couple of years ago I found myself stuck in a total quagmire.  At the time, I needed to run a background check on someone for personal reasons so I figured I would just jump on the internet and search the term, “background check” to find the best option.  Once I did this, however, I found myself inundated with literally hundreds of sites all proferring to be the best possible option.

So it is time for a reality check.  As you can see from the number of comments posted on the article we released detailing how to cancel an Inteligator membership, there are a lot people feeling frustrated with the Inteligator product.  We reviewed the signup and cancellation process provided by Inteligator and it seems to be fairly straight-forward but something is amiss if this many people are struggling with the concept of how to cancel a subscription.  In our opinion, Inteligator needs to provide a better cancellation procedure so that their customers can easily end a subscription should they decide they no longer need to product.  Other companies offer toll free phone numbers so that their customers can actually speak with a representative.  This allows the customer to know for sure that their account has been terminated to their satisfaction.
