  1. On 11/13/2003, I sold a house in Franklin TN to a man named Craig Macy. Since then I have lived in Madison MS and Hernando MS. At both of these addresses I have received bulk mail addressed to Craig Macy. Who still lives in Franklin TN. I used Inteligator to search for Craig Macy in MS and it says he purchased the house I lived in Madison MS on 6/3/2005. Which he did not. When I search for Craig Macy in TN it says that my wife and I are associates to Craig Macy. I am trying to find the root of the error in the databases used by these people search web sites.

    • I would love to help you out with this. I have spent a lot of time testing and researching many public record search products and Inteligator is one I have used extensively. I also developed a good relationship with a customer service representative at Inteligator who I am sure can help you out. Tomorrow I will run this scenario by her and let you know how she wants to proceed.

Feel free to email me directly at if you have any more questions.

    • That is one of the things that I think is most suspicious about Inteligator…they provide no phone numbers to call. All you can do is email The only other thing I can recommend doing is to contact ClickBank (this is the company that processes all of Inteligator’s transactions) to complain or seek a refund. They have a site where you can dispute any order processed through them and it has an option for live chat. I didn’t see a number when I just looked but perhaps chat is enough. I would be interested in hearing how this goes for you if you pursue them.
